Who I Am

The Aesthetic Clinic is run by me, Lauren Franks, an Independent Prescribing Advanced Clinical Practitioner. I'm responsible for the personal information you share with me. You can contact me at lauren@aestheticclinicsussex.co.uk or on 07535 442280.

What Information I Collect

• Your name and contact details, and anything you tell me when you message, call or email me.
• At your consultation and treatments: your medical history, medications, allergies, treatment notes and consent forms.
• Photos taken before and after treatment, which form part of your clinical record.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information to arrange your appointments, assess whether a treatment is safe and suitable for you, provide your treatment and aftercare, and keep accurate clinical records as my professional and legal obligations require.

I'll only use photos of you on my website or social media with your separate written consent, and you can withdraw that consent for future use at any time. I won't send you marketing messages unless you've asked me to.

Who I Share It With

I never sell your information. I'll only share it where it's needed for your care (for example, with your GP or emergency services if necessary), where the law requires it, or with the trusted services I use to run the clinic, such as my email and messaging providers.

How Long I Keep It

I keep clinical records for as long as professional and legal guidance requires, then dispose of them securely. Messages that don't lead to an appointment are deleted when they're no longer needed.

This Website

This website doesn't use cookies or any tracking. It's hosted by Netlify, which may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure. My clinic dates are loaded from Google Sheets, so your browser connects to Google to show them. Tapping a WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook link opens that service, which is covered by its own privacy policy.

Your Rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it where I'm not required to keep it. Just get in touch using the details above.

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please talk to me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
